Stretching is that one thing we all know we should do. However we always find something else to do in its place.
This is why we created a class specifically for our students to drop in and learn new stretches and techniques and share the benefits that stretch classes offer eg:

* Fewer injuries
* Improved posture and balance
* A positive state of mind
* Greater strength
* Improved physical performance
* Split training to master certain Hoop/
Pole tricks

These three girls have trained extremely hard over the last few years to compete and it is now the time to put it into action!
